HOWL-O-WEEN WHO LET THE DOGS OUT? Saturday, October 31st from 10:00 am-2:00 pm Andrews Park Vacaville, CA This Howl-O-Ween, bring your friendly dog to the park to enjoy music, treats, pet vendors, and dog demonstrations. Event admission is free; Pooch Parade early registration fee is $5 per dog. Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and leashed. Wear your costume and have a doggone good time, bring your human too!
